Here’s a tour of an original 60s kampung house in the west

Anne Ho, a realtor based in Singapore, managed to share more about this gem of a home in Clementi. On Thursday (Jan 26), she posted a 43-second clip via her TikTok account Homesbyanne. Anne stated that most of the “original houses” in the neighbourhood have either been demolished or rebuilt.

BTO flats marketed as ‘never stayed in before’ listed for sale

Property agents said unrenovated BTO flats that are left vacant account for a minority of resale flats on the market. This is because the opportunity cost to owners of leaving a flat empty for five years and “locking up their names” in the property is too high, said ERA Realty property agent Anne Ho. This is opposed to buying a private property for immediate rental income and potential capital appreciation, she added.

‘So ridiculous but owner is so lucky’: 4-room Bendemeer flat rented out for record $4,600

Real estate agent Anne Ho posted on TikTok yesterday (Oct 18) saying how it was a “record high” for the area. A screenshot posted by Ho, listed as a senior marketing director at ERA Realty Network, showed that this unit is located at Bendemeer Road. The screenshot shows the $4,600 transaction dated Oct 12, while another 4-room HDB unit was rented out for a much lower $2,650 at the same block dated May 4.
