First time going to a showflat? Here’s some things to take note of

Three things I always look out for when looking at the Development site model
1. Check where the substation is
2. Check where is the Bin Center
3. Find out where the barbecue pits are (if you select a unit near the barbecue pits, you may get a lot of smoke from the barbecue pits)
